No, biding for job is free. However, you will be charge a 5% commission for every successfully completed job

Does signing up cost anything?
Signing up for NaMyWork is free. Only registered users can post jobs and bid for jobs on NaMyWork.

How long will my cash account withdrawal take?
We process all freelancer transfers by Noon Monday-Friday.

Since we operate an escrow system, it means your money will only be paid for jobs well done, if you are not satisfied with the service provided to you, there’s power in communication, you can always talk to us about your needs and see if it could be resolved without dispute but if your freelancer is still not meeting your needs you can reclaim your money by making a withdraw request.

Does NaNyWork store my credit card details when I pay online?
Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every debit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your debit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.

What steps does NaMyWork take to prevent card fraud?
NaMyWork realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.

In a situation where our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the transaction were indeed made by a genuine card holder.

We have multiple payment channels for your convenience. On the deposit page, you can either choose to pay online or bank transfer. We accept all types of major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, verve, etc ) , as well, bank transfer and wire transfers (for international customers)

When does NaMyWork Money-back not refundable?
When the job is completed by your assigned freelancer, you can instruct us to pay by clicking the “Complete” button on your dashboard Once that is done, there’s no refund.

I have completed the Project but the Project owner is not releasing payment. What should I do?
We only release payment when the project owner has instructed us to. Most project owner may forget to click the “”complete” button on their dashboard. In such a case kindly contact the project owner to release your payment and if your project owner is not responding to your claim. You can raise a formal dispute for us to look into it. Please provide relevant information to prove the completion of the order. Our team will contact the project owner directly via email or phone. If we did not get a response too from the project owner, we would release payment to you. Please allow 72 hours for the completion of this process.

Do I have to verify my account when I register?
YES, to get the best of you will need to verify the email you use to register and also this is how we know the account you registered with is actually yours.

How does NaMyWork resolve dispute?
If there is any disagreement, with a freelance and a project owner, there is no cause for alarm as we have setup a system to help handle it but before you launch into a formal dispute, be sure you have tried settling the issue, We advise you use the workspace for communication incase we need to mediate the dispute.
